Henry County Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett along with McDonough City Administrator Preston Dorsey recently announced that a reward of $7,500.00 is being offered for information leading to the apprehension and conviction of the person suspected of committing a sexual assault and attempting to enter the homes of seniors citizens at the Heritage at McDonough Senior Living Complex in McDonough.

After the story aired regarding this horrific crime, McDonough Fun Bowl owner Steve Brown added an additional amount of $2,500.00 and moments ago, Ed’s Public Safety owner Ed Turner out of Stockbridge put forth an additional $2,500.00 bringing the total reward contribution to $12,500.00.

“Neither I, Mr. Dorsey or these Henry County Chiefs of Police will tolerate this person violating the sanctity and privacy of any resident in the City of McDonough or Henry County as a whole”, said Henry County Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett.
