Connecting Henry, along with Work Source Georgia, will be hosting a free Underground Utility Construction Training this March. Orientation will take place on Wednesday, March 10 at 10 a.m. Classes will begin on Monday, March 15 and will take place on Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. 

  This course will feature five weeks of hands-on training in underground utility and construction and six weeks of paid work experience leading to a full-time job. 

  A pre-assessment test is required before orientation and applicants must pass a drug test. Applicants must be a Henry County resident, 20 to 24 years of age, and out-of-school. Other eligibility requirements may apply.
