Early voting starts next week for the January 5 runoff elections in both U.S. Senate races.
Polls will open Monday, December 14, at all six locations: the main elections office in McDonough, Merle Manders Conference Center in Stockbridge, Fortson Library in Hampton, Locust Grove Library, Fairview Recreation Center and J.P. Moseley Recreation Center. Those sites will be open December 14-18 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. as well as Dec. 21-23 and 28-30 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Weekend voting is available December 19 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and December 20 from 1-5 p.m. at the McDonough office and Merle Manders Conference Center.
Voter registration for this election closed December 7.
Henry County voters can visit any of the early voting sites to cast their ballots. Voters who wait until January 5 must go to their respective precincts.
