Back-to-School was especially meaningful for a group of ladies in the local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution. Working through the Raise Me Up Foundation the Andrew McBride Chapter was able to “adopt” ten middle school teachers through the Adopt-A-Teacher program.

Fifteen members pledged funds to help provide supplies for these teachers. After filling their wish lists, school supplies were delivered by Community Classroom Committee chairs, Anne Gauthier and Andrea Dodd.
