Jordan Mays, a native of McDonough, Georgia, is participating in the Baltic Operations (BALTOPS) exercise with 18 other nations.
“This is my first opportunity to be in a leadership position as a junior aircrewman,” said Mays. “I am taking on the challenges to be an effective leader and find the line to apply the correct pressure for maximum results. This is a good opportunity for training. If you don’t use it, you lose it. It is always good to build camaraderie through military exercises.”
