Two local musicians will be entertaining at the upcoming Love and Home Grown Tomatoes fundraiser benefitting Community Gardens of Henry County.
The event will be held Saturday, June 24, 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Wesley Way Community Garden off McGarity Road.
Stevie G of Stevie G and the Rockerz will present a solo performance. His band performs at many local venues and specializes in “classic rockin’ blues.”

Saxophonist Ignatius Hines will also perform his mixture of jazz, pop, R&B and soul. He is also a local performer known for his work at special events.
The Love and Home Grown Tomatoes event will include a tomato sandwich buffet, tours of the gardens, vendors and door prizes. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children 3 to 16. Tickets are available at the CGHC website, www.communitygardensofhenrycounty.org or at the gate.
In the event of rain, the event will be inside the adjacent Wesley Way United Methodist Church.
