This building served multiple functions over the years, including as a grocery store as well as a Western Auto. In this photo, it is the original First State Bank of Stockbridge. Jim Clark wrote, “That’s the First State Bank next door to dad’s drug store. That might be his 1957 Ford Fairlane also.” Jack McClendon wrote, “This looks like a photo of Larry Cochran’s grocery store on Main Street in Stockbridge during the 1950s.
