The folks shown in the photo are (L. to R.) Marion Hall Simpson, Nettye Clifton and Charles McCarter. Gene Crumbley wrote, “The man on the left is my brother-in-law, Marion Hall Simpson. At the time I think he was a member of the city council. I don’t know the others. He ran the fruit stand on Keys Ferry St. for many years.”
