The Henry County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a murder suspect wanted in Milwaukee, WI. 36-year old Arrick J. Adams allegedly shot and killed a security guard on December 6th, 2021. Authorities in Wisconsin contacted The Henry County Sheriff’s Office after tracking the cell phone of Adams’ girlfriend. The location reported was a residence in Henry County.

Sheriff Reginald B. Scandrett says, “Our officers responded and upon arrival, two individuals were spotted outside of the residence, one being Adams. The suspect attempted to leave and once he noticed that our officers were following him, a high speed chase ensued. Thankfully, that chase ended without incident.”

Adams surrendered after Henry County Sheriff’s Deputies boxed his car in on Hwy 155, on the on-ramp to I-75. A weapon was recovered in the vehicle, but it’s not clear, at this time, if that weapon was used in the killing of the security guard.
