Connecting Henry will be hosting an in person spring job fair on Wednesday, April 21 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The job fair will be located at the former Toys R Us store, at 209 Highway 20 in McDonough.

Connecting Henry is hoping to connect those seeking employment with employers in order to get people back to work after experiencing job loss due to the COVIC 19 pandemic.

“We want people to get back to work and help boost Henry County’s economy,” said Barbara Coleman, Executive Director of Connecting Henry.

Vendors at the event are currently hiring for a number of readily available jobs.

Over 30 vendors are registered for the job fair including Dollar General, Clayton County Water Authority, Hydro Systems, Gresham Transportation, Henry County Government and Zinus USA.

“We are encouraging all job seekers to participate in the event and help fill open positions” said Coleman.
