Where in the World is the Times Seth Jackson November 1, 2020 October 28, 2020 Comments Off on Where in the World is the Times L. to r.: Dan and Rhonda Zartman, of Greensboro and Karen and Jimmy Cook of McDonough took a 7 day Alaskan cruise last fall on the Carnival Legend. They are shown above in Glacier Bay. “Our other ports were Icy Strait Point, Ketchikan, Skagway and Victoria, British Columbia. We had a great trip with my husband’s first cousin and his wife with great weather the whole trip. Alaska never disappoints on beauty! We saw bears, whales and many bald eagles, visited the fishing village called Hoonah and rode a raft to glaciers. We rode on a commercial crab fishing boat from “Deadliest Catch” and saw how crabs are caught. We also toured a castle in Victoria, said Karen. Thanks for taking the Times on your trip! Special photo
