A Friend’s House, a home for abused, neglected and abandoned children located in Henry County, is in urgent need of food donations, as they are working to feed 17 residents each weekend.

They are looking for meals that require the least amount of preparation possible since their kitchen staff does not work over the weekend.
- Ready-made meals
- Chicken buckets and sides
- Casseroles
- Cereals (Cap’n Crunch, Fruit Loops, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Honey Nut Cheerios)
- Homemade meals cannot be accepted
A Friend’s House is also in need of cleaning supplies, toilet tissue, styrofoam cups, paper plates, clothing detergent, bleach, gallon size baggies, and 8×12 plastic food storage containers with lids.
To schedule a donation drop-off, please contact Bill Cox, A Friend’s House Volunteer and Activities Coordinator, at 678-230-0547.
