Thanks to the Genealogical Society of Henry and Clayton Counties for this photograph. Chuck Kimbell wrote, “this is the old country store that used to be in Ola. It sat right on the corner across from the ball field.”

Jim Joiner wrote, “this was a store on the corner of Highway 81 and North Ola Rd. It sold Gulf gas as well as clothing, some hardware, etc. It had a sign calling it Norman Turner and was run by a lady named Elon Turner.”
