The McDonough Garden Club recently welcomed Davida Digby of Jackson who gave a demonstration on wreath making. The club learned about using dried flowers, silk, and fresh flowers to create a unique wreath. Davida provided tips on design and shape as well as the use of various types of wreath bases.

The group also used a bowdazzler to make bows for wreath creations. The McDonough Garden Club meets at the Henry County Farm Bureau at 7 p.m. on the second Monday of each month.
