Joy Caldwell, marketing manager for the library system, said this year’s calendar provides a number of ways for local residents to get into the holiday spirit.

“You can check out holiday books to read together, attend a themed storytime, paint ornaments or sing holiday karaoke with your family,” she said. “We always have some sort of holiday programming at all of the branches. We’re trying to provide some sort of program guide every other month for patrons, for the community.”
