A Voter Education Town Hall, hosted by Henry County NAACP, the Henry County Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Elections and Registrations, will be held on Thursday, December 12, at the Henry County Board of Education building located at 33 N Zack Hinton Parkway in McDonough. A meeting for elected officials will be held from 5:30 to 6 p.m. and a public meeting will be held from 6 to 8 p.m.

  Public discussions for focus will include voter rights, provisional ballots, new voting machines, voting machine integrity, and absentee ballots. Information about the Dominion Voting Systems Corporation voting machines will be provided and demonstrated.

  Political action forum panelists will include Chris Harvey, Georgia Secretary of State Election Director; Tina Lundsford, Director of Election & Registration; and Dan Richardson, Chairman of the Board of Elections and Registration, among others.

  Questions and answers will be held at the end of the forum.
