Dear Editor,
Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Paul Paulicelli. I am retired and live in McDonough with my wife of 53 years. I am also a proud member of The Shrine of North America.
Many of you know me only as the Shriner wearing his red fez and carrying a collection bucket at the intersection of Zack Hinton and Highway 81 near the CVS pharmacy.
Because of the generosity of those who continue to drop money in my bucket, I can once again tell you that I have been able to turn in thousands of dollars to our Shriners Hospital Fund.
Again, thanks to all of you for your donations, they are greatly appreciated.
Our network of 22 Shriners Hospitals provided specialized care for children under the age of 18 with orthopedic conditions, burns, spinal cord injuries, and cleft lip and palates. “All care at Shriners Hospitals for Children is provided without regard to a patient or family’s ability to pay.”
For those who would like more information about our hospitals, please visit our web site at www.shrinershospital.org.
