Dear Editor,

  While so many are complaining about everything, I want to send a shout out to the Henry County Fire Chief and Department.   

  Yesterday, while returning from McDonough, I had an unexpected flat tire near the Kroger at East Lake. I eased into the left turn lane to stop and assess the situation while praying for help. Almost instantly, I saw a Salem Station fire truck pull in behind me blocking my car for safety. Three young firemen jumped out with as much enthusiasm to change my tire as if they were on the way to a UGA football game.  So, when you want to complain, pray instead. You might get three angels to the rescue dressed as Henry County firemen. Go Dogs; go Henry County Fire Department.
