All month long Piedmont Henry is honoring cancer survivors and their loved ones in celebration of June is “National Cancer Survivorship” month.
Last week Food Network chef Tregaye Frasier and her junior chefs from the Ron Clark Academy helped brighten the day for a group of cancer survivors and their loved ones with a special lunch at the Piedmont Henry Thomas F. Chapman Cancer Wellness Center.
The students, ranging from fifth to eight grade, showed off their gourmet cooking skills, preparing a variety of healthy appetizers, entrées and desserts.
