It is with great sadness that the family of Frances A. Spinks announces her passing after an illness, on Thursday, June 13, 2019.
Fran will be lovingly remembered by her children; Gayle (Ken) Davis, Carey (Beverly) Hutcheson, Robbie (Lonnie) Hutcheson Burton, Deirdre a.k.a Dee Dee (Bruce) and Charles Spinks. Fran will also be fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Kristin, Amanda, Heather, Matthew and Andrew, one great-granddaughter; Lydia, and one niece; Cheryl Logue and three nephews; Chuck, Scott and Jeff Beacham. She was predeceased by her sister; Beatrice and her brother; Charles.
