HOPE Family Ministries, The Blacksville Project, and Southern Safety Services will host a Black History Month discussion Saturday at 2020 Avalon Parkway in McDonough. The event is scheduled from 11 a.m., to 1 p.m.
The discussion will address 400 years and 10 generations of life in the United States, and an open dialogue about the cultural, historical and spiritual significance of the African-American presence nationwide.
