The Grace Bible Class at Glen Haven Baptist Church hosted its 8th Annual Jubilee on October 6 in the church gym. The Grace Bible class, taught by Pastor Emeritus Ralph Easterwood, has 338 members. It is such a large class that they meet in the gym each Sunday morning at 9:45 a.m.    

118 veterans and first responders in the class were honored with a patriotic ceremony to commence their Jubilee. Each veteran and first responder was presented with a certificate of appreciation and a custom made gold metallic commemorative coin in recognition of their service to our country. The class also honored Grace Bible Class members that are widows of veterans, immediate family members lost in the line of duty, and immediate family members that are veterans or presently serving in the military.   Following the presentation a performance of old time gospel songs and hymns were sung by A Joyful Noise Quartet; Southern Blend Trio; and Ladies of Grace as well as solos and congregational songs.
