Henry Baptist Church has Power Up Sports Camp, for boys and girls entering 1st through 6th grades. Choose between basketball, soccer or girls’ volleyball. Children will receive a t-shirt, water bottle, and ball. Early registration is encouraged at www.dis coverhbc.org. Early registration is $40 and $30 for each additional child. Faith Baptist Church will host Vacation Bible School June 15-18 from 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. daily for K4-5th grade. The community is invited to attend and see the children Shine in God’s glory. The Ole Country Church invites the community to a revival beginning on Sunday, June 4 at 10:30 a.m. and that night at 6 p.m. It will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Brother Gerald Crabb of the Crabb Family will be the speaker on Sunday-Tuesday, and they will continue revival on Wednesday with Pastor Buster Dockins from Plainview Baptist Church in Griffin. Shiloh Baptist Church’s Mission Ministry invites the community to their annual World Day of Prayer Breakfast on Saturday, June 3 at 9 a.m. The theme is “The Power of Partnering in Prayer.” The church is located at 262 Macon Street in McDonough.

Full Life Community Baptist Church in conjunction with Grace and Truth Ministries presents an Evening of Worship on Saturday, June 3 at 5:30 p.m. at Cornerstone Baptist Church, located at 180 Nail Dr. McDonough. Admission is free and doors open at 5 p.m. The event will feature gospel recording artist Prince LaVarius Gwinn, praise dancer Meoni Anthony, and other gospel choirs. Oakland Baptist Church will host Galactic Starveyors VBS June 5-9 from 6-9 p.m. for all ages including adults. The program will include games, snacks, crafts, and Bible stories. New Hope UMC will sponsor their annul Chicken BBQ and Bake Sale on Saturday, June 3 beginning at 11 a.m. until they are sold out around 5:30 to 6 p.m. The church is located at 1960 New Hope Rd. at the intersection with LeGuin Mill Road.
