Adam James Lloyd
Adam James Lloyd, age 34 of Stockbridge, Ga., died Friday, December 23, 2016. He was born in Stockbridge, Ga., to Harrell Rayford and Sherry Locke Lloyd. Adam graduated from Stockbridge High School where he was the drum major for the band. He was a member of Salem Baptist Church where he sang in the youth choir. He was employed with Chili’s in McDonough where he loved to serve others, he had a true servants heart. The Chili’s corporation plays a large role in raising money for St. Jude’s Hospital, Adam was an integral part of that.
Adam is survived by his parents, Harrell and Sherry Lloyd, of Stockbridge, Ga., brothers; Tommy and Crystal Lloyd, of McDonough, Billy and Sarah Lloyd, of Littleton, Colo.; and uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on December 28, 2016 at 11 a.m. at Salem Baptist Church in McDonough with Dan McKay officiating. Interment at Fairview Memorial Gardens. The family received friends one hour prior to the service.
