Matthew was a senior in high school and was on track to graduate with the Class of 2017. Matty, as he was known by his family, had a smile that would light up the room. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed fishing, hunting, and shooting his bow. When it came to sports, Matthew was a University of Tennessee fan. He played football and baseball during his sports career; but his passion was found when he was wrestling and competing in Jujitsu Arts with Independent MMA and Fitness.
