The Times recently took a trip with Mylinda Pearson of Stockbridge as she traveled on a medical outreach to Ethiopia. She is shown above in a restaurant in Gondor. “While in Ethiopia we treated 13,950 patients, performed 9,977 medical and eye care services, did 133 cataract surgeries and trachoma treatments, passed out 2,451 pairs of reading glasses, performed 1,525 dental services, passed out 6,731 personal water filters, performed 167 minor surgeries on site, visited 3,864 patients in the prayer room, and prayed the Prayer of Salvation 2,788 times,” said Mylinda. “The trip was life changing,” she further added.
