Bethel UMC’s Annual Fall Family Fun Fest will be held October 24 from 5 until 7:30 p.m. Celebrate the fall season with costumes, games, food, a hay ride and cake walk. Mount Zion UMC will hold its annual Fall Festival on Saturday, October 24 from 4 until 6 p.m. Special events for children will include decorating sugar cookies, sand art, apple bobbing, face painting, a cake walk, and a train ride (weather permitting.) United Methodist Women will furnish hot dogs and buns, chips, juice boxes, and bottled water for all who attend. Bags of candy will be handed out to the children at the conclusion of the festival. Henry Baptist Church has their GriefShare weekly seminar and support group each Sunday afternoon from 3 until 5 p.m. The group is for people who are grieving the death of someone close to them.
