County Line Congregational Christian Church will host its Sixth Annual Car Show Saturday, September 26 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. The show will be held on paved and shaded show grounds. Awards will be presented for the top ten, best of show, and pastor’s choice. Food will be available for purchase. Registration is $15. The Shiloh Baptist Church Scholarship Committee is sponsoring a performance of “Comedy with a Purpose,” Saturday, September 26 from 6 until 8 p.m. in the Education Center, located at 253 Macon Street. Host comedian will be Treandos Thornton along with feature comedian Izzy Real and headliner Danny Simmons. Funds will benefit Shiloh-McDonough Community Outreach Scholarships. Mt. Carmel UMC will hold their Annual Fundraiser Yard Sale, BBQ and Bake Sale Saturday, September 26. The Yard Sale is from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. The BBQ is from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. Revival services will be held October 4 - 6 at 7 p.m. each night at the church.
