St. James Preschool is enrolling for the 2015-2016 school year. This non-profit preschool program is for children ages 8 weeks through 4 years old. It meets 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Monday through Friday. Wesley Chapel UMC invites the community to join the United Methodist Women as they hold their Seasonal Tea on April 11. Their Women’s Day Celebration will be held April 26. McDonough First Assembly of God invites the community to worship with them. They will have one service only on Sunday, April 19 at 10:45 a.m. with guest speaker, William Franklin (Will) Graham IV. Will is Vice President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Associa-tion, grandson of Rev. Billy Graham and son of Franklin Graham. Kingdom Seekers Community Church invites the community to Saturday Night Live worship. This 75 minute casual worship experience for all ages is held every Saturday night at 6:12 p.m. Children's church held each Saturday. St. Luke Lutheran Church, is now sharing space with Eagle’s Landing Christian Church, located at 1748 Brannan Road in McDonough. The arrangement means that the congregations still exist as members of their respective denominations, with one building housing two churches. Eagle’s Landing Christian will hold worship at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday mornings. St. Luke will hold Sunday School at 9:40 a.m. and worship at 11 a.m. Though two separate churches, both St. Luke and Eagle’s Landing Christian are excited about the ability to join forces for ministry in the community.
