Glenelle and Wayne Clark took a cruise in May that included a week in Ireland. The Clarks loved the Irish countryside and spent a lot of enjoyable time driving on backroads. “The roads are very narrow with rock walls bordering them and a lot of potholes which resulted in two blown-out tires,” said Glenelle. “But I enjoyed the views while Wayne changed the tires!” They spent two nights at the manor house of Ballaghmore Castle in the Midlands which was built in 1498 by Glenelle’s ancestors, the Fitzpatricks. The couple also visited Cobh, a seaport town on the south coast of County Cork, Ireland, that was the last place that the RMS Titanic picked up passengers. Glenelle is shown above at Kinnity Castle.
