Special photo

This week The Times traveled to Spain with Melodie Thurston, who teaches Spanish at Ola High School. She traveled with three of her students (shown l to r:) Kayla Moore, Emma Burnett and Kellen Wynn. They visited Barcelona, Zaragoza and Madrid. This picture was taken in front of the Casa de Correos which is the seat of the government offices at Puerta del Sol. It is one of the main plazas in the center of Madrid. This is where New Year’s Eve is celebrated in Madrid, similar to Times Square in New York. Thanks, Melodie, for taking us along with you!
